The truth is that the smell caught my attention. I walk down many streets, and when the smell recurs in the same place, I stop. Again, I wasn't wrong. The bread I've tried is delicious, flavor, price, and maybe someone who commented about the bread piled up tray upon tray or scrambled was right, but in the end, they don't say it's a bakery; it's a bakery that makes and distributes its product. There are remnants and balances, and they sell them to whoever wants it. It's also true that the service isn't dazzling, but it's attentive and cordial, and I really understand that they're great people, and that they make very GOOD and AFFORDABLE bread, without glamour, but very good (maybe not all of it, since I haven't tried it all); well, I insist, it's not available to the public like BON PANE, Pastelería de AUTOR, but the Orejas, the bread balls, the Walnut pancake, UFFF, are something else.
Although the lady serving you seems to think you owe her money and has a hateful look on her face, the bread is a hidden gem among the working-class neighborhoods of Cancun, delicious enough for a 5-star hotel in the Historic District 😎
